Batman & Son (DC Compact Comics Edition)
Description
Batman & Son presents one of Grant Morrison's most significant Batman stories, in which Bruce Wayne's life changes upon learning he has a son. Talia al Ghul, daughter of Ra's al Ghul and Batman's former love interest, arrives in Gotham with a boy named Damian, claiming he is Bruce's son.
Batman accepts Damian into his life, but it soon becomes clear that the boy is no ordinary child. Raised in the environment of the League of Assassins, Damian is extraordinarily gifted, aggressive, and convinced he has the right to become Batman's true heir.
Damian's behavior causes conflicts not only with Bruce himself but also with Tim Drake and Alfred. Bruce must discover whether his son is truly just a lost child yearning for his father's recognition, or if Talia has turned him into the perfect weapon against Batman.
The publication also features an exclusive story where the Joker plays a significant role. Batman & Son became one of the most important stages in Batman's history and introduced Damian Wayne, who later became one of Bruce's most significant allies.
