These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and the online store Amber Comics (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"). By using the Store and placing orders, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Store.

  1. General Provisions
    1.1. The Store reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time. The most recent version of the Terms is always available on the Store's website.
    1.2. By using the Store, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with the current version of the Terms and agree to them.
    1.3. The Store operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  2. Placing Orders
    2.1. Customers can purchase products offered in the Store by placing an order via the online system.
    2.2. When placing an order, the Customer must provide accurate and complete personal data necessary for order fulfillment.
    2.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation via email.
    2.4. The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the Customer receives the order confirmation.

  3. Prices and Payment
    3.1. All product prices in the Store are indicated in euros (EUR).
    3.2. The Store reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
    3.3. The Customer can pay for the goods using the payment methods offered in the Store.
    3.4. Payment is considered complete when the Store receives confirmation from the payment service provider.

  4. Delivery of Goods
    4.1. The Store delivers goods within the territory of the European Union and other countries as specified in the delivery options.
    4.2. Delivery times depend on the delivery method and country. Estimated delivery times are indicated during the order process.
    4.3. The Store is not responsible for delays due to incorrect Customer-provided data or force majeure circumstances.

  5. Returns and Cancellations
    5.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, except in cases provided by law.
    5.2. To withdraw, the Customer must contact the Store in writing via email, indicating the order number and reason for return.
    5.3. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
    5.4. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to the Store’s error or defective goods.
    5.5. Refunds are issued within 14 days from the date the Store receives the returned goods.

  6. Customer Data Protection
    6.1. The Store processes the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
    6.2. The Customer's personal data is used only for order fulfillment and Store activity purposes, in accordance with data protection legislation.
    6.3. The Store undertakes not to disclose Customer data to third parties, except in cases provided by law or necessary for order fulfillment.

  7. Final Provisions
    7.1. All disagreements between the Customer and the Store are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
    7.2. If any provision of the Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
    7.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
